The Animal Lodge

The Animal Lodge is a facility for animal shelters and businesses such as pet breeders and boarders. It was constructed in 2017 to provide an option for animal establishments affected by land leases expiring at Loyang, Seletar and Lim Chu Kang. In 2018, more than 20 establishments also moved from Pasir Ris Farmway to TAL to make way for industrial development, as these entities did not intend to bid for land to set up their own facilities. 

The Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS), a cluster of the National Parks Board (NParks), currently manages this establishment so that these establishments can continue to provide a service to members of the public, as well as provide shelter to rescued community animals. Our aim is to provide tenants and visitors a safe, clean and enjoyable experience in TAL.

Getting to TAL 

By MRT/Bus: 

Nearest station: 

Choa Chu Kang MRT Station and take bus service 975 from the opposite side. 

Nearest bus interchange: 

Choa Chu Kang Bus Interchange and take bus service 172. 

Both buses will alight at bus stop B30099, opposite Chengtai Nursery at Sungei Tengah Road. 

Walk 15mins along Sungei Tengah Road to The Animal Lodge. 

Shuttle Bus Service:  

The shuttle service is available to anyone traveling to TAL. The shuttle service currently operates only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (including Public Holidays that fall on these days) at the following times: 

*Please note that the bus shuttle service will depart on time, and passengers are advised to be present at the pick-up point before the scheduled pick-up time. 

**The pick-up timings may be subjected to changes. 

Please refer to the Pick-up and Drop-off points shown below. There will be clear signage displayed on the bus to help passengers identify the bus service going to The Animal Lodge or to CCK MRT station.
