How to apply for approval from Director-General of Wildlife Management
The Wildlife Act prohibits the feeding, release, killing, trapping, taking, and keeping of wildlife without a written approval from the Director-General of Wildlife Management, and regulates the import, sale, and export of wildlife.
Please use this form to apply for approval from the Director-General of Wildlife Management to conduct specific activities that are restricted by the Wildlife Act online. As part of the application for approval, companies must be registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).

Animal Management Certification Programme
As Singapore moves towards becoming a City in Nature, people and wildlife are increasingly sharing a common space. Together with our outreach efforts to educate the public on how to interact with wildlife responsibly, there is a need to develop a professional, competent and core group of animal management specialists who are often called in to mitigate human-wildlife incidents. This programme aims to equip animal management specialists with the skills to perform their work while ensuring public and personnel safety, and animal welfare.
Animal management companies are encouraged to attain a certificate from the Animal Management Certification programme. From more information, please refer to this page.
