How to make payment to NParks
Payments to NParks via GIRO
For payments to be made to NParks via GIRO, please complete Part I of the GIRO application form and mail it back to the following address for NParks’ processing:

Refer to a sample of a completed GIRO application form.
Your GIRO application will take an average of 4 - 6 weeks to process. We will notify you once we receive approval from the bank designated by you.
Online payments to NParks
You can also choose to pay your transactions online. Please disable your pop-up blocker before proceeding. Alternatively, you may wish to add www.psi.gov.sg to your list of allowed sites in the pop-up blocker settings.
To pay for your dog or cat licence fee, please click here. You would need to have your user ID and password ready.
To pay for transactions that are applied online via GoBusiness, please make payment via the website. To access the website, please click here. You would need to have your user ID and password ready.
To pay for laboratory services that are applied online, please click here. You would need your user ID and password ready.
To pay for composition sum issued by NParks or AVS, please click here. You would need to have your composition case reference number ready
AXS payment
You can also make payment via AXS online or AXS stations located islandwide. You can select the following options when making payment at AXS stations:
Enter your dog or cat licence or case reference number
Scan the barcode at the bottom of the invoice/ payment notice
Enter your customer number to pay multiple invoices per payment attempt
Payment by ATM or selected credit cards are accepted.
