You can make online reservations for quarantine space via our Quarantine Management System (QMS). QMS is accessible 24/7, and allows you to: 

  • Select available quarantine space based on your pet’s intended arrival date. 

  • Submit supporting documents online. 

  • Receive e-mail updates on your application and billing status. 

  • Correspond with us regarding quarantine matters.

Reserving quarantine space on QMS 

  1. Sign up for a new account (for new users) and log into the QMS.

  2. Prepare the following supporting documents for online submission. Please note that submission of all supporting documents is required for the reservation.

    1. Pet microchip number

    2. Rabies vaccination records

    3. Rabies antibody blood test report

  3. Fill in the required fields and attach the supporting documents.

  4. Pay a non-refundable deposit upon confirmation of the quarantine space. This deposit is equivalent to 10 days' quarantine fees and transportation charges from the border checkpoint to AQC.

  5. Note that your reservation for quarantine space will be held for only up to 3 days after the allocated schedule date.

Changing reservation details 

Make amendments to your confirmed reservation by logging into QMS and retrieving your reservation with your quarantine reservation code. All amendments are subject to our approval. 

You can change various details in your booking. However, amendments affecting date of arrival or type of quarantine room may incur a S$65 amendment fee.

 More than 30 days before arrival date 

Less than or equal to 30 days before arrival date  

 First amendment: Free 

 All amendments: S$65 per amendment 

 Subsequent amendments: S$65 per amendment 

Cancelling confirmed quarantine reservation 

You can cancel your confirmed quarantine reservation by logging into QMS, retrieving your application with your quarantine reservation code, then cancelling the reservation. 

Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your confirmed reservation.
