Restricted Licence to Inoculate (RLI)

This licence is issued to farms that intend to inoculate or vaccinate animals or birds with veterinary biologics. It authorises the farm to administer specific veterinary vaccines under conditions set by the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS). 

How to apply 

Please complete and submit RLI Application Form [PDF, 296KB] to: 

Ms Cheryl Germono at cheryl_germono@nparks.gov.sg 

Approximately 25 working days is needed to process an application that is complete and in order, with satisfactory inspection result.
