Veterinary vaccines 
Pathogens on AVS’ select list  

An AVS-issued transshipment licence is required for each shipment of veterinary biologics transiting Singapore. Veterinary biologics includes veterinary vaccines and pathogens on our select list [PDF, 84KB]. 

The fee for obtaining the transshipment licence is S$22 per consignment.

Pathogens on AVS’ select list  

Submit your application for a transshipment licence for pathogens via TradeNet. 

You must provide the appropriate HS codes and product codes in your application. The lists of product codes is available here [PDF, 176KB].
