How to transship veterinary biologics

An AVS-issued transshipment licence is required for each shipment of veterinary biologics transiting Singapore. Veterinary biologics includes veterinary vaccines and pathogens on our select list [PDF, 139KB] (opens in new tab). 

The fee for obtaining the transshipment licence is S$22 per consignment.  

Veterinary vaccines 

Submit your application for a transshipment licence for veterinary vaccines via GoBusiness Licensing Portal (opens in new tab).  

Pathogens on AVS’ select list  

Submit your application for a transshipment licence for pathogens via TradeNet (opens in new tab).
