Festival of Biodiversity
About the Festival of Biodiversity
The Festival of Biodiversity (FOB) is an annual event which aims to create awareness and foster a sense of appreciation for our natural heritage. Initiated in 2012, the Festival of Biodiversity is organised by the National Parks Board in collaboration with the Biodiversity Roundtable and is the biggest biodiversity festival in Singapore.
At FOB, the Wildlife Management (WM) team supports this mission by educating visitors about Singapore's native wildlife and promoting safe and responsible encounters in our urban environment. Through interactive activities, an engaging booth, and exhibitions, visitors of all ages can discover more about native species commonly found in urban settings and learn how they can contribute to creating harmonious shared spaces with wildlife in our City in Nature.
